I have "NO" control over the handling of this chip once it leaves my possession. It is advisable to at least use a grounding wrist strap (or equivalent) while handling and installing any chips. Not to offend anyone but, it is recommended you have it installed by a professional. Most chip damage is caused by installing it wrong, Static electricity or improper handling.
