Description: An original antique Medieval ballista or crossbow bolt head. It was found in France and is possibly from the Hundred Years War in the 1400s and 1500s. This is a heavy, socketed bolt head that is probably for a smaller ballista rather than a hand-carried crossbow. About 3" or 74 mm in length. Good condition as shown. Solid. A nice piece of history and an awesome addition to any collection. I ship every day the post office is open with your item safely packed.
