Description: 160 + Vintage Handwritten Love Letters Job Lot 1950s Mail RAF Military There are 160 letters in envelopes with a further 10 letters and a couple of cards on top. They are mostly from 1951/1952 and a few earlier ones. Nearly all are addressed to serviceman Grease - 2494842Based at RAF Old Sarnum Swindon Wiltshireand mostly from one lady based in Cardiff who would become his wife,They generally talk about everyday life. among other things.There are a couple of others from another lady which have love notes in morse code in them. Mixed condition as a lot of the envelopes have a good amount of wear and tear to them, some are missing their stamps, some are torn etc.The letter generally seem to be in good condition.I have checked the envelopes to make sure that they contain letters but have only pulled out a small amount to read.
