Includes the Title to The John, notes, 1st Letter woodcut "I" and the John Text from Chapter 1:1 through 1:22. On the reverse is the ending of the Gospel of Luke from 23:22 through 23:53. With this one section in Luke Leaf, you have Bible Text of the Resurrection of Christ. And then the Ascension!!!On the John page-are fantastic verses about the Word becoming flesh-much more!!! WOW!!! - And plenty of Reformed Notes!!! What a leaf. It's a remarkable full leaf Folio-12 1/4" by 8 3/8""- The same year as the First Printing of KJV- During the Reign of King James 1st!!!!.
