All pages are present and still securely bound. The binding is a little loose with some spine chipping. There is foxing and toning throughout. The front and back boards have soiling. See photos. There are a few instances of musical notes penciled in on some pages. A gift inscription is present and it reads: St. John’s Church Choir, March 8, 1844, Presented by Clement Jewett, Esq. It appears the St. John’s church in question is in Worcester, Massachusetts.
