Description: Note for eBay: this is NOT a WW2 german cap, and does not violate the eBay policy of restricted WW2 german items! This is a 100% authentic relic from the 1930's with the owners' name written on the inside of the cap and the side. Two cockades are still remaining untouched, while the center sa cockade is missing - the pin mark and the original placement is visible in the center between the two cockades. That cockade was removed after 1945. This is an authentic attic find from Germany and I guarantee fully its' authenticity. This item has been discussed with visor cap collectors'. I can privately provide pictures of the owner document dated 1934 of this cap, with the original period pictures of him in full uniform and stahlhelm buttons of his coat - I might be also able to offer you these items (a set of 23 stahlhelm uniform buttons + stahlhelm-bund document with owners picture in this cap + several owners' photos in uniform) if you show interest, but it would take some time for me to get them, but I would be cooperative. Since this item is an attic find and made of wool, it has some visible moth damage. I will ship it Registered & Priority.
