Description: Nice high grade steel cent MS65. I’m guessing some kind of error on obverse. Ngc graded it original so it’s not damage. Also something on the reverse by the O. Then something starts at the bottom of the obverse rim. It goes up and goes in almost a circle. Unsure if that’s a die crack or struck thru or what is is. Probably won’t find another like this in this grade. Plus a very tough to find 20 percent unc off center steel. Does have corrosion but only one other I have see. That is 20 percent or more off center that is unc
