Description: Was $225, reduced to $60!This listing is for a rare Restored 1970's DKW or Sachs 125cc Factory (?) Strengthened Swingarm for Moto Cross or Hornet, may also fit Enduro or Boondocker. I'm in the process of restoring a 1971 model. This was sandblasted and painted with black PPG Acrylic Enamel. Either the factory or a privateer fabricated and welded the 1/8" x 1" steel support pieces. My finger points to each photo-Photo #1 shows overall viewPhoto #2 shows curved plate welded near the chain guide.Photo #3 Shows a stronger inner shock mountPhoto #4 shows lower strap steel welded to swingarmPhoto #5 shows another shot of lower strap piecePhoto #6 shows front cross stiffener(which blocks the use of a chainguard).Photo #7 shows same type of strengthening to top of bikes upper frame tube.(Not included, for reference only). I'm wondering if this was a kit?I'm selling this because the forward steel crosspiece does not allow the chainguard to be installed.
