Authentic Serial Number T0239017 on the D attached ticket and the back of the ticket book. The E Ticket (serial number K0395223), the C Ticket (serial number K0395220), the B Ticket (serial number K0395220) and the A Ticket (serial number K0395221) are from similar 1976 ADULT ticket books, and have been inserted in this book for completion. All 5 tickets and the booklet are in excellent to near mint condition. This Book displays beautifully. 5 tickets total = 1E, 1D, 1C, 1B, 1A. The colors are still bright and vibrant and the tickets themselves are all in excellent to mint condition. Please see the code on the back inner side of the book to identify date and month of ticket book issue. FORM 769 Identifies the book with the first two numbers "76" as being produced in 1976, and the third number, 9, defines the month of September.
