Description: 1984 Schwinn Voyageur 23" Touring Frameset - Seat tube is 56.5cm center to center- Top tube is 55cm center to center- Headtube is 142mm- Includes 26.6mm Seatpost- Clears 700x38c tires front and rear- 120mm rear hub spacing (can be safely spread to 130mm if done correctly)- Originally designed for 27" (630 iso) wheels but can use 700c (622 iso) with the correct brakeset No dents, cracks, or bends. All threads in good useable shape. Headset is pitted and at least needs overhauled, maybe replaced.
