1985 Manabu Mabe Hardcover Art Book Very Rare: Copy in Good Condition

Description: So let’s start by saying this is a rather rare book. It is in good condition, not great. It was kept in a basement and the basement was not the driest of locations. The book does not look like it got wet, there seems to be some pages with markings in them. They look like spot stains. It’s fair to say that about ten of the nearly 400 pages has marks to them. The binding is strong. The first two inside pages have writing in them. They are letters to the previous owners as this appears to be a gift. The dust jacket has a few rubs along the edges and corners. The book has a very mild odor. You have to put your nose up to it to smell it. There are hundreds of fantastic pictures in the book. They look great. As I mentioned this is a rather rare book. Please look at all the pictures I took. I tried to show the flaws to the best of my ability. This book as sold on average of $435.00. Considering it’s condition, I can not ask that much, however it is still a good looking copy and I think thid would be a great addition to someone’s collection. Lately it seems that every job I do, my clients have been providing me with items they either no longer need, want or have room for.
