A guitarists dream, this guitar plays as good as the best Gibsons' we've had come through the shop and tone-wise she is completely omnipotent and stunningly articulate. The guitar is crafted out of the finest select mahogany and features an almost ebony colored, rosewood fretboard with 22 frets and a comfy medium "C" profile neck that is perfect and inviting. The instrument has the killer and highly sought after Fernandes VH-1 pickups in both positions and they deliver quintessential LP Custom tones in spades. We plugged up to our '67 Super Reverb and dialed up some sounds only to be totally blown away by this guitars detail, clarity and power. The guitar is masterfully finished and its classy and totally sexy cherry sunburst must be seen to be fully appreciated. Cosmetically this piece is in phenomenal condition for its age, there are some indentations on the back, but other than that, this beauty is super clean. Good times were had giving taking this guitar for a ride and giving you all a quick glance at all of its stimulating glory. Please take into consideration that they don't come around this nice all the time.....this is a beast of a Lester and we completely guarantee that satisfaction will be yours.
