Description: 1999 Blue Topps Pokemon ERROR MISCUT Trapped Charizard - Foil #51 - PSA Could Not Holder. This card was sent to PSA and I was informed that the miscut card would not fit correctly in the PSA holder and therefore they were not able to grade it. However they did give me a PSA card authentication sticker as well as proof of factory miscut when my card was returned. From my years of experience with PSA I would say in my opinion this card could be near mint , however I'm not a professional card grader and that's strictly only my opinion.
