In 2001, Topps took 10 traded superstar players from the Topps and O-Pee-Chee base sets and created update cards for them in their new team's uniforrm. The image matches the Topps Chrome card as the later release of Chrome allowed Topps to picture the players with their new teams. The Topps and O-Pee-Chee base sets that were realeased earlier in the year still had these players in their old team's uniforms. The Topps and O-Pee-Chee update cards were only availble inside packs of 2001-02 Topps Chrome and ran only four or six per box (I can't remember which). Over the years these have dried up and have become virtually impossible to find. And with Chrome boxes running $250+ these days, it's not likely many new singles will be hitting the market any time soon. This card is NM/MT or better. Please bid with confidence.
