Item #805676 in box. One included card matches product and two instructional cards. The plug in power cord has a matching sticker. Immediate condition notes - the item does have some included papers. Lighting works purple as it should. One chimney appears to have glued back on as does one tree that may have been glued back in at the base. Some slight chipping may be possible but no major flaws noted to piece. Box and foam display wear including tearing and staining.
