Consists of 2 each 4cx250 type tetrodes (one is an Eimac Y-497A/4CX250BT, the other is a JAN 7580W/4CX250R), Includes 1 Johnson 124-0111-001 chimney Originally had two, but I am 81 years old and subjected one to a gravity test when I was attempting to determine the tube part numbers. It passed the gravity test but failed the impact test at the end. New ones are available inexpensively on eBay. Also includes 2 Johnson 124-110 sockets. New chimneys are available inexpensively (about $11.00) on eBay. Tetrodes are Untested and priced accordingly. I combine multiple purchases to reduce shipping costs.
