Description: 3 piece Rare FENTON AQUA CREST MILK GLASS CUP and SAUCER PLATE COASTAL BEACH Description Additional available Made 1940-2 1948-52 Vintage Fenton Aqua Crest Opal Cup and Saucer Set. Fenton made this pattern between 1948 and 1952, so it is unmarked. This particular shape of cup was only made in 1948, making it difficult to find. In later years the cup's shape was slightly modified to be more flared at the top. For those of you who have Whitmyer's book, you can find this documented in the silver crest section. The glass is a beautiful white opaline that is very translucent in the light. This is accented with the delicate aqua blue crystal edge on the saucer and the crimped handle on the cup. The saucer measures 6" in diameter and the cup measures 3 5/8" in diameter and 2 1/2" high. The plate 8.5" Excellent Condition with no chips or flakes.
