Description: For sale are three (3) Original Sprague .015mfd 400v Mylar Bumble Bee Capacitors. The measured values according to my Sencore LC75 are displayed in the photos. These have drifted in value, and have hairline cracks in them, on one cap the cracks are fairly noticeable, on the other two caps the cracks are more faint. These will still work in a guitar tone-circuit, but due to having DC leakage will NOT work at their rated voltage (as used in a tube amp circuit). Sold As Is due to their vintage. Note: for those measuring caps with a DMM, my Fluke DMM shows both of these as measuring a bit higher around .039 / .065 / .069 but I have displayed the LC75 results in this listing since it’s a calibrated purpose-built device for analyzing capacitors to a high level of accuracy.
