Description: Precision, extra sharp for trimming and cutting, excellent USA made pliers. These are refurbished and in good condition. The handles may show a minor blemish, etc. But overall pliers are very nice. They will cut in tight places and will cut a hair. These are carbon steel and are made for cutting copper and smaller wire. They are Rockwell 63-65 hard but not made for cutting steel wire...they don't bend but will break!
