Protect in the winter if you live in cold area. It requires good Drainage for best growth and needs acidic soils as it is very intolerant to alkaline soils.The plant will be happy to be planted in a soil with high amounts of peat.The plant will benefit from bright light, yet not full sun.This plants likes lots of water year round.
