Description: Agave isthmensis 'Ohi Raijin Shiro Nakafu' A beautiful miniature cultivar from Japan. One of the smallest of all Agaves. The green to gray green along the edges with a creamy stripe down the middle (higher light makes them gray, lower light is green). Unusually, the offsets form in the bases of the lower leaves. The leaves have a small brown spike on the tip, but it isn't that bad by Agave standards. The rosettes usually stay 6" or less. Easy to grow. Can take temps into the low 20s, maybe even the upper teens. Leaf color depends on light. In high light they have a gray cast. In lower light they are more green. The color will change in relation to your conditions. You will receive the plant shown in the last image. Plant shown in a 3.5" pot.
