Some would classify this copy simply as an Early Printing, others would be more specific and refer to it as a Thirteenth Printing, and there are those who would completely disregard those terms and describe this book only as a First Book Club Edition. All of those classifications/descriptions would be accurate. This rare treasure has some very clearly visible wear, but is still in Highly Desirable, Highly Collectible condition! The binding is holding tight and the pages are still surprisingly crisp and clean! Some general/shelf wear along with creases/wear to the spine/corners/boards, particularly noticeable near/along the edges, marks/wear to the edge/fore pages and creases/wear to the pages, NOT affecting the text! Please note the creases/wear that is present on the pages! In particular, please note the very large crease on page 75/76. While some of the pages have very noticeable creases, the crease on this particular page is quite large and the wear is considerable. The crease/wear on this page is extensive and greatly affects the shape of the page. This page, both front and back, has been closely photographed for your consideration.
