Description: American Girl Kirsten is one of the older models. She has no side tag. She has some issues: a tiny bit of silver eye on both eyes. This can be fixed for free by sending her to American Girl--they even pay the shipping. But it doesn't really detract from this doll because it is uniform on both eyes, only on the outer ring of her irises. See photo close ups. She also has had a very slight hair cut--her bangs are a little shorter than usual and there's a tiny piece missing at the top of her head. She has a black stain on the back of her dress where it has been repaired. There are some very light "smudges" on her cloth body, but they are light in color. Kirsten displays well. Her limbs are tight and she can stand easlly and hold a pose. No chewed limbs. Her vinyl limbs are free from major stains and other damage. Her hair is clean and shiny. She is free of odors. Her eyes open and close just as they should. The clothing is genuine American Girl, however not all pieces are original to Kirsten. Her dress (stain, as mentioned) has good color and is clean and crisp, as is her apron. Her spoon is AG, but I don't know if original to this doll. Her bloomers and socks are new but not original to this doll. Ribbons in her hair are non-American Girl replacements. Overall, a nice doll for play or display but has some issues. She is not mint!
