The cover has some scratching, staining and color loss spots. The edges, corners and binding have peeled areas. The inside pages are all yellowed/discolored from age. The pages are overall in good condition besides the discoloration and a few small stains. Will come as shown, please view photos! MEASUREMENTS: Measures approximately 7 1/2" tall and 6 1/4" wide.
