Description: Antique Porcelain Head Doll High Brow Flat Top 1860's Cloth body 22 inches German Dates from Civil War era 1860's-1870's Found in an estsye sale. It is in amazing condition. Paint still looks clear and vibrant. Very clean porcelain. Srr photos for defects. Cloth body shows very little if any wear. Just needs to be dressed and displayed! Gorgeous craftsmanship. Look at her beautiful blue eyes! I find no maker's mark. Doll has a lovely painted face with blush on her cheeks, closed mouth, painted brows and blue eyes. She has a faint smile and slightly upturned eyes. Doll has porcelain hands and porcelain boots. I find no cracks, chips. Back of dolls head shows light rubbing. One foot is broken off.
