Has two decorative chain links on each side of the engraving plate. (see pictures) There is a o-ring riveted in place for the leash, and a little hasp, which would accommodate a lock. Can be adjustable up to 3 times and has a leather collar so as to not be irritating to your best friend. The engraving plate is ready for your special pet's name. This is a very unusual dog collectible. I believe this to be from the early Victorian period and a must have for collector of unique and rare collars. I have never seen another in all my years of collecting. CONDITION: EXCELLENT CONDITION with no chips, no cracks, no breaks, a little wear to leather and a few tiny scratches here and there. Could use a little polish. DIMENSIONS: 11.5ΚΊ long and about 1/2" wide Truly worthy of the very finest collection! I use close up photos to show as much detail as possible and to eliminate guess work for you.
