Antique French Glass Art Deco Chandelier Dome Ceiling Light Shade Yellow Gold

Description: We are happy to offer for your consideration and art deco a gold yellow pressed glass French Domed chandelier. Made in France. this style of lamp made of pressed glass by one of the celebrated French glass producers in the era of Degue, Muller or luneville. It is in very good antique condition. No chips or cracks. It measures 14 1/2 inches in diameter, and 5” deep. This beautiful pressed glass dome light is in very good condition. The cords for this lamp are no longer functional. Originally one of them was used to supply electricity, and the other two were decorative and provided balance. They will not be included in the auction because the current wiring is not up to date. You could either replace the cords with new fabric ones or change. Either one option works as well with this type of light fixture. It could also be used as a light shade, turned in exactly the opposite direction sitting on top of a light or lamp face. It works for either floor lamps or table lamps. It is not cracked or chipped and only features a few small flea bites on the inside edge. It has impressed, poppies swirling beautifully across the top of the glass.
