Description: Old hand-painted Jasmine Tea tin.Orange paint, with decoration painted by hand ( with clearly visible brush-strokes ).The painted decoration is a Chinese landscape scene. Paper label : " Jasmine Tea " " Made in China "4" tall.2 9/16" in diameter. This tin is fairly old; circa early 1900s. A couple of small dents in the sides, and a few small spots of lost paint.The underside is a bit more dented, but not too bad. The cover is on very tight, and I haven't been able to remove it without applying more force.The tin is empty ( just a slight rattle sound when shaken, which might be the last tiny remnant of tea inside the tin ). See the photos. Carefully packed for shipment to the buyer.
