The exact date of creation is unknown, but stamped on the box “ PAT’D June 26, 1898 and Patent Pending,” “Made only by Buffer-Hubbard MFG. Co. from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, 4-17.” This piece is perfect for antique collectors and enthusiasts alike, and is a great representation of primitive style. It measures small, 12”W x 14”L x 10.25Deep, and is suitable for various storage purposes. Engraved on the outer box - 1134 Bertoglio Property , 1134 on both ends, and stamped Job White, Delivery Systems, Salt Lake City. Engraved inside the box on both ends towards the top 1134, and stamped on the bottom Job White Delivery Systems. This box is obviously used, but is fully functional and does fold. There are a lot of flaws as pictured stains, rusted metal pieces, faded stamps, some paint on the inside.
