Color & finish will vary depending on condition of barn tin. The finish can vary from a dull gray patina with the normal galvanized "freckling" to a near solid rust. Some rust will be present. At one time this metal was used as a barn roof so occasional nail holes are present. This listing is for 100 rusty tile similar to the ones shown in the pictures. Some pieces have more nail holes than others. Some nail holes are larger than others. The intended appearance of this material is rustic. If you are looking for pristine perfection in a metal ceiling, these tile are not for you. Each panel is 24-1/2" x 24-1/2" and is designed to cover 24" x 24" on center. Panels can be painted if desired, but are shipped unfinished (unpainted). Free freight to the lower 48. This is a lot of 100 pieces which will cover 400 sq. ft.
