Antique VTG OOAK Majolica Italian Footed Centerpiece Fruit Bowl Reticulated READ

Description: READ please Very unique one of a kind piece. Did a lot of research to find out information about it. Nothing exactly like it but found some similar ones. Unsure how old it is. Could very well be antique but definitely vintage. The underside is unmarked with a mark that would tell me its maker but it does have the number “1718” marked on it and another illegible mark. This is handpainted and handmade Majolica ceramic from Italy or Portugal. It can be used as a centerpiece and/or fruit bowl. It’s reticulated. Gorgeous hand painted flowers, gold and yellow colors. It’s textured. It’s profile kind of looks like a rooster. It’s 14”x14”, 5.5” deep. 2.6 lbs. In good condition. There’s some mild chipping in 4 areas. I circled them. Two of the main ones are on the feet. One chip is about 1” and is missing a piece, the larger one is 4” and was repaired with lots of super glue. Some tiny pieces were not able to be glued back on in that area but for the most part it looks good. I’m confident it will hold up. The other two chips are much smaller. One is on the top area on the edge and the other one is hidden inside one of the grooves. The texture doesn’t feel even and it looked darker than the other areas so that’s why I’m possibly calling it a chip. Hard to photograph but it’s circled on a closeup. It was hand painted so the painting isn’t 100% uniform in all areas. Some areas inside have small drops of yellow paint in the grooves. Some reticulated parts have yellow paint inside, while others don’t. The white inside also has tiny pin hole sized black dots in some areas.
