Description: A wonderful old wall hanging wooden box with definite farm charm. Can guess till the cows come home on what purpose it was originally made for but with such a handmade and unique item there's really no way of knowing. Made from a variety of woods, it has leather hinges and looks to have had some repairs over the years. The two vertical 3 5/8" x 3/8" bars on the front (see main pic) are metal and attract a magnet. Dimensions: 15 1/4" high to top of back, 5 1/2" high to top of front with lid open, 7 3/4" thick, 9 1/2" wide. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind old timer.
