The care/material tag is faded but based on my research of similar sweaters this is Union made in the USA, knitted of wool, possibly even alpaca, and should be dry cleaned or hand washed only. Men's medium: 44" Chest (22" pit to pit), 35.5" sleeve length from the center of the collar (your neck bones), 24" sweater length from the back collar seam.
