In order to maintain the refinement of fabrics and shapes, Aubade kindly invites you to hand-wash your lingerie with a soft washing-powder. The Bra:This sheer, U/W balconette bra, is lined inside the cups with sheer, soft purple mesh, the outside of the cups are formed of an even softer and finer purple mesh, gathered under the underwires and with a central vertical seam where the mesh is also gathered together. A separate lilac Macrame Lace panel of flowers with a softer lace filling of fine cobweb lace, is applique'd over the top of the left hand cup with a flower bud covering the join at the top the cup, where the straps start. The body, wings and back:Sumptuous lilac satin covers the underwires, the underband, the wings and back, the sheen of which contrasts beautifully with the deep purple sheer mesh. A triple wired corsage is sewn to the section in between the cups with clear and lilac beads hanging from the ends, with a gold ball at the top, keeping the wires together. Inside the section between the cups there is a lilac mesh lining for added strength and in the D cup bras there is some more lilac mesh inside the wings, but not in the A - C cup bras where the wings and back are unlined. The bra fastens with three double rows of steel hooks and eyes on lilac fabric. Outside the underband and top of the back, the satin is folded under and secured to the flat lilac elastic inside with fine lilac zig-zag stitching. The Straps:The front straps are in three separate oval lilac elasticated bands, sewn together under the top of the cups, the under arm section of which is edged inside with a band of purple flat elastic, to which the straps are sewn. At the back, these three strands are looped over a steel ring. The back straps are in flat lilac elastic with a horizontal ribbed pattern and a subtle sheen, these loop through the top steel ring and adjust downwards with a steel butterfly slider, at the bottom they are sewn between the satin of the back and the flat elastic edging the inside of the top. The fabric is 51%Polyamide, 43%Polyester, 6%Elasthane, and please hand wash gently at 30 degrees with gentle detergent, use no bleach, do not steam, do not dry clean or tumble dry. New and unused.
