Push the clip to one side as far as possible and put the blunt object in the corner and work the webbing over the corner of the lip of the clip. Once you have the corner over the lip you can slide the blunt object across the clip to move the webbing over the complete lip of the clip. When the webbing is completely over the lip, simply push up on the object you are using to push the clip off the webbing and place the clip of the other side.
