It's an 8mm European style and different from standard US type hose. It's flexible and long-lasting, easy to to cut and use. Blumat sensors all come with tees that connect into this tubing. With scissors, a knife, or pruning shears just cut this where you want to install a Blumat and you're set! You can also use US-style 5/16" drip tube but it's hard to find, not very flexible, and the fittings are harder to put in.
