There is a depiction of a face on the front with what looks like a dragon or serpent on each side of it. This looks like this was hand made. Maybe as a craft way back when? It is a hard and heavy composite material but I do not know exactly what this is made of. This has the Boy Scouts of America emblem ink stamp on the bottom. The white logo has been taped on.
