The nuts and screws have been replaced. The table saddle and knee were taken off and cleaned. All gibs were readjusted. The lube pump, lines and meters were inspected, cleaned, or replaced. The machine has a Servo power feed on the table. The head was taken apart and cleaned and serviced. In most cases they installed a new drive belt, disc bearings, bushings, keys and the collet alignment screw. We want the machine to be ready when you receive it. All you have to do is put power to it. Let us know if you want it wired 220 or 440 volts.
