This beanie baby has the 2nd gen tush tag, which is distinguishable by it having the red Ty heart but not having the beanie baby's name on the tag. Not only this, it has the 3rd gen hang tag, which can be distinguished by only having "Ty" on the front of the tag and no star. We all know that demand for beanie babies went crazy in the late 90s. Because of this, Ty increased production significantly when production of beanies with the 4th gen hang tag started. This means that the earlier hang tags, like this one, are much harder to find. There is minor creasing on the front and back of the hang tag.
