This is the second highest graded with one other being a 9.6.Neat Charles Voight cover with "PRIZE" in large yellow letters with black drop shadow against a blue sky background.Cover shows the crime fighting identical twins Yank and Doodle, parachuting from their airplane, afire in the background. Center cover is the Black Owl flying his owl-type airplane certainly to the rescue. The back cover is a great vintage Charles Atlas ad where he proudly proclaims "I Can Make YOU a new man, Too, In Only 15 Minutes a Day!"
