Description: In 1977 Charles Schulz appeared on a Television series entitled Special Edition. It was the first "Magazine Show" of its kind and Mr. Schulz's segment was a kind of "day in the life" piece. Upon completion of filming Charles Schulz sketched a drawing in ink and signed it... "For my friends on Special Edition Charles Schulz" It was given to the Executive producer and framed professionally. The sketch has remained in that exact frame to this day. The piece is framed in a 20.5" x 19" gold frame, matted to 12.25" x 11". This is a one of a kind illustration that will never be duplicated. There are no prints of it anywhere. It has remained in a private home since its creation in 1977. The drawing was appraised this week by the top collectibles auction house at "$5000 with upside potential".
