This is from a portfolio of watercolors by Richard Cowan who was part of a well known Pittsburgh, Pa area family whose family estate was at Woodville, Pa. This is one of several paintings from the portfolio that we are currently listing on eBay, some by Cowan and some by unknown artists. I do not believe this painting is by Cowan based on style and lack of identification. The painting is in excellent condition, as shown.
