Description: Here's the "remains" of a parted, formerly nicely working, Drake TR7 transceiver. The video shows it receiving; first a quick view on 10m where it was picking up a remote sig gen (band was not active when tested) then 15M then 20M. It received and transmitted well on all bands. No issues were noted with the radio until it was parted. The pics show what you are buying; clean cabinet with minor wear, and a nice front panel, with lots of good parts remaining. Some screws are probably missing here and there. You can always take what you need and sell it on! AND, did you know that this radio will still "power up" (first pic; both front panel lights still come on!) so it could be used as a night light!!! That's right YOU could be the first person, maybe in the entire world, to use a TR7 as a night light! Does it get any better than this?
