DIRECT SALES - Shipping and Customer Service Shipping: We ship daily. The total cost for shipping includes $10 fee per item. eBay calls this fee 'handling'. We will combine shipping for items left in the shopping cart and an invoice request sent for orders purchased on the same day, but you must wait for us to invoice you for that days purchases. This service is not available for irregularly shaped pieces that are not safe to ship together. We do not ship to addresses with forwarded mail. Every box we ship is marked 'DO NOT forward - return to sender'. We charge actual USPS shipping together with our handling fee. Shipping Delays: We have no control over the United States Postal System (USPS). Likewise we have zero control over customs delays. Once an item leaves and is in the USPS system it may or may not get scanned until delivery. We require a full month in the system before we consider the item lost. If lost the buyer is covered by eBay’s money back guarantee. In the event of lost and unrecoverable merchandise we reserve the right to not sell to you as we do not wish to go out of business.
