Description: DETECTIVE COMICS #283 GOOD/VERY GOOD (3.0) (1960) DC COMICS ITEM DESCRIPTION This is the 283rd issue of Batman's Detective Comics. Art - Sheldon Moldoff Good/Very Good (3.0) ~ There is heavy wear around the edges and faces of the book causing creasing, foxing around the staples, dirt on the cover, chipping, and accelerated tanning most likely due to heat exposure. The front cover also has some writing directly in the center one in pencil and the other in what appear to be blue ink. Due to wear the cover has become detached from the staples. The pages appear to be in good quality with exception to a small blue ink date stamp on the first page, some wear along the edges, and a halo from tanning. The pages are in a light cream to off-white color. This book was stored in a smoke-free environment. Scans have been provided for a visual condition of this book.
