Description: This Evans clutch from the 1940s exudes Art Deco glam with its gold and emerald design. Known as a minaudiere, it is a stylish accessory designed to be carried in the hand. Perfect for adding a touch of vintage luxury to any outfit. One side holds a comb, a powder well with an Evans pad, a place for coins, original lighter (doesn’t light, I believe it needs lighter fluid) and a lipstick (unsure if original lipstick for this case). The mirror is clear. The other side I believe held cigarettes and a pouch for money. Excellent condition, minor surface wear to the back and bottom. Measures The Miniaudiere measures 5.5” wide, 3.5” high almost 2.0” deep
