After use clean while inflated, hand wash using warm water and mild soap if needed, rinse, drain, and wipe dry. The kit includes everything needed - inflatable tub, inflatable pillow, 25 foot drain hose, hand shower sprayer with 25 foot hose, and wet and dry vacuum. Tub and pillow are inflated using vacuum; only takes a short time. The hand sprayer connects to a bathroom faucet - two types of threaded adaptors and instructions included. We had a bathroom adjacent to bedroom and the 25 foot hoses were more than enough and worked great. Pictures shown on queen bed. Condition used (10 months, 3 to 4 times a month only) good condition. This is one the best things that we got for my mother-in-law.
