It bears the signature of Reserve Bank of Fiji Governor Ratu Jone Kubuabola and has red, orange, and green colors and dimensions of 156 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side features a flying Kacau bird, Queen Elizabeth II, flowers, the Fijian coat of arms, and an embossed patch. Its reverse side features a flag raising ceremony, the Cession Stone in Ovalau, flowers, and six seated men signing the deed of cession in 1874. Security features of the note include a domodomo registration device, a windowed security thread, and a Fijian head watermark.
