Description: In amongst a box of books inherited from my Grandmother, i found this. I sent photos to an expert who thinks it is a Qur’an in Arabic. It is a lithographed edition, probably of the late nineteenth and probably printed in Ottoman Turkey. It seems to be in good condition for its age with no torn pages that i found. It has two hand written notes inside that i will ship with it. Maybe someone can translate these.I have no idea if it is complete or if there are extra pages or pages missing but as stated, seems gererally well looked after. It weighs 900 grams. Size is 255 x 180 x 35mm Ebay's AI suggested i include the following description!!: "Delve into the spiritual essence of Islam with this exquisite Ottoman Koran, a sacred text that is sure to be a revered addition to any collection. The pages are adorned with intricate Arabic script, perfectly capturing the essence of the language in which the Qur'an was revealed. Immerse yourself in the rich history and divine wisdom encapsulated within this fine manuscript. Its timeless appeal and architectural beauty make it not only a priceless religious artefact but also an object of aesthetic admiration for scholars, enthusiasts, and admirers of Islamic art and culture."
