It is mounted on what appears to be a linen backing. Wood frame in very good condition.I purchased this flag already framed by Jason Home. Please look at the photos closely, the flag was mounted with loose threads sticking out from the flag. To me, the threads are part of its folk art charm. It is in unused condition and has been in storage since I purchased it and the price is what I paid for it. No International Shipping.
